मानव-वन्य-जीव मुठभेड़- महिलाओं पर असर: अपडेट



दोस्तों, यह एक बिलकुल नयी शुरुआत है जिसे मैं करने जा रहा हूँ। मैं अपने इस ब्लॉग में वनवासी  महिलाओं का वन्यजीवों के साथ आमना-सामना होने का एक लेखा जोखा अपने इस पोस्ट में अपडेट करता रहूंगा। मैं कोशिश  विषय से जुडी सभी खबरें मैं यहाँ मुहैया करता रहूं। उम्मीद है के इस तरह से इस तर्क को बल मिलेगा कि महिलाएं वन्य-जीवों का खतरा ज्यादा झेलती हैं।अपनी प्रतिक्रियाएं भेजिए और यदि आपको ऐसी कोई खबर लगे तो मुझसे जरूर यह साझा कीजिये ताकि मैं इस डाटाबेस को अपडेट करता रहूं। एक दूसरे पेज पर एक ट्रैकर बनाने का प्रयास भी करूंगा जिससे पूरे देश में महिलाओं पर इसके असर का बेहतर अंदाज़ा पैदा हो।

    This is true that many women who play the role of collector and gatherer of forest products starting from tubers, mushroom, leafy vegetables, fruits, leaves and fuelwood etc from forest come in close contact with wild animals. In the absence of any alarm system or any protection system most of the women fall victim and end up in loosing their lives. No proactive program or sensitisation program have so far not been taken up by forest department or any other agencies to build an awareness about this important issue. Using technology one can identify the animal movement routes and can always make the community aware about there presence specially to the women to goes to nearby forest for their basic need almost every day.

      There are community early warning system practiced/piloted in Maharstra. But yes may not be in very large scale.

    सर पिछले साल सितम्बर २०१९ में ग्राम समिया -भागपुर से तीन महिलाएं बांस के मसरूम लेने जंगल गए हुए थे लेकिन बफर और कोर लगे होने से समझ में नहीं आया तो महिलाये कोर में चली गई जिससे एक महिला को बाघ पकड लिया बाकि दो महिला अपनी जान बचाकर भाग निकलीं और उन्हें भी रात होने से ओ भी जंगल में पेड़ के ऊपर चड कर रात बिताए सुबह होने के बाद जब घर आकर बताये तब पूरे गावं से लोग जाके जंगल में छान मारे फिर भी महिला नहीं मिली उसका कपडा आदि मिला तब तक बाघ खा चूका था |इस तरह से घटना हुआ बहुत दर्द नाक था |

गायब होते जुगनू

फोटो इंडियन एक्सप्रेस से  आखिरी बार अपने जुगनू कब देखा था ?  अब ये न कहियेगा कि परवीन शाकिर की ग़ज़ल में देखा था।  "जुगनू को दिन के वक़्त परखने की ज़िद करें  बच्चे हमारे अहद के चालाक हो गए " बचपन में हमारे घरों में घुस जाते थे जुगनू। रात को बत्ती जाते ही दिखने शुरू हो जाते थे। दिप दिप उनकी रौशनी में कब वो वक़्त कट जाता था, पता  ही नहीं चलता था। मेरी उम्र के लोगों ने तो ज़रूर अपने बचपन में जुगनू देखे होंगे।  सैकड़ों, हज़ारों एक ही पेड़ पर। तब ज़िन्दगी में जुगनुओं की बड़ी जगह थी। बत्ती तो आती जाती रहती थी। पर जुगनू चमकते रहते थे। फिर कुछ लोग उन्हें देख कर कविता कहानी  लिखते थे और कुछ  बस उन्हें देखते थे। घंटों। फिर जैसे ही बत्ती आयी तो सारे बच्चे चिल्लाते थे "लाइट आ गयी... और सब घर के अंदर। कभी कभी कोई जुगनू घर के अंदर भी आ जाता था। वो उन कुछ कीड़ों में से थे  जिनसे बच्चे डरते नहीं थे। बल्कि खेलते थे।  मुझे नहीं लगता के मेरे बच्चे सहज भाव से जुगनू को कभी छू पाएंगे। उनकी उम्र के सभी बच्चे शायद जुगनुओं के झुण्ड को देखकर डर जाएं क्यूंकि उन्होंने तो ऐसा देखा ही न होगा अपने जीवन में। मेरी

89 का बचपन- पठान की आँखें

तस्वीर- ANI से मुरादाबाद के एक पीतलक के कारीगर की  बहुत खूबसूरत दिन था वो! आखिरी इम्तिहान का दिन! मैंने बड़ी मेहनत की थी। पूरे इम्तिहान के दौरान रात को 11 बजे सोता था, 5 बजे जागता था। पांचवी क्लास के बच्चे के लिए इतना बहुत था। सुबह सुबह उठ के सबक दोहराना, नहाना-धोना, भगवान के सामने माथा टेकना, और फिर स्कूल जाना। स्कूल बस  में भी किताब निकाल कर दोहराना बड़ा लगन का काम था।  इम्तिहान ख़त्म होने के बाद के बहुत से प्लान थे।  जैसे फटाफट, पास वाली दुकान से ढेर सारी कॉमिक्स किराए पर लानी थी। बुआ जी के घर जाकर बहनों के साथ खेलना था। वगैरह वगैरह। हसनपुर भी जाना था। मुरादाबाद में तो मैं अकेला था चाचा के पास। हालाँकि उस समय इम्तिहान की वजह से मम्मी पापा मुरादाबाद में ही थे। वहाँ के चामुंडा मंदिर और शिवालय की बहुत याद आती थी।  खैर! इम्तिहान देने के बाद स्कूल से ही छुट्टी का जलसा शुरू हो चुका था। सब बच्चों के चेहरों पर ऐसी ख़ुशी थी जैसे सब जेल से छूटे हों। आखिरी दिन पर फैज़ल, शहज़ाद, अमित और मैं अपने पेपर नहीं मिला रहे थे। बस, हम सब बहुत खुश थे। कूद रहे थे। एक दूसरे को छेड़ रहे थे।आया बी भी कुछ ज़्यादा ही छ
